Just hearing about The Ghana Education Project spurred me on to write the cook book that had been lurking in my head from years of being a professional nutritionist, cancer survivor, mum, wife and a keen cook. I'm passionate about healthy eating but equally convinced that obsessing about everything you put in your stomach is bad for your health.
