Last December I found out that my dad has prostate cancer  It's totally rubbish and seems unfair as he has always worked so hard all of his life and taken good care of his health. I suppose that's life! I am determined to do anything I can to help my dad to recover and decided to run the London Marathon for him. Honestly, I am in total agony after most of my training runs  As I write this, I've got a hip flexor injury following a 20 mile run, but don't you worry I promise if you sponsor me that I will cross that finish line! Please please would you donate anything you can afford to help me run like the wind and raise money to help my dad.  It would mean the world to me, it really would.
