Story

Thanks guys, for visiting this Just Giving page. :-)

As you would have probably read from our facebook page or the blog, this challenge consists of using only 10 litres of water per day for 7 days, compared to our normal average of 200 litres per day!

The purpose in this was to experience what it's really like for those in the developing world only have an average of 10 litres of water to survive on each day, whereas an average European uses 200 litres; a serious injustice!

We didn't originally intend to carry this out as a sponsored event, but if you would like to support the cause, we would be very grateful! The money raised will go to Tearfund. :) If any of you like to make any 'offline' donations, please see any one of us!

So... if you decide to sponsor us, how would your money be used?

£20 enables Tearfund's church partners to provide year-round clean water, no more than 500 metres from home for one person.

£55 is the cost of enabling a family of EIGHT to achieve safe, adequate sanitation.

Little money can got a looong way - Pretty awesome!

Thank-you so much for your support!
