Ok, so...the story so far goes like this...

Team Henderpants (catchy isn't it?!) which comprises of brothers Ant & Ian decided they would run the York 10k in 2010.  They completed it and have carried on competing (or maybe just completing!) races ever since.

They decided that they wouldn't do anything for charity in the past as everybody is doing something for charity these days but have now come up with a bit more of a challenge that they would really like you to dig deep for!

We will be competing in the Greenbelter race (http://www.ratracegreenbelter.com/) near Thirsk on Saturday 30th July.  The race comprises of a 10k run, 17k bike and then a 1k Kayak.

Now, you'd think that would be enough however, in order to make it a bit more interesting, they will also be taking part in the York 10k 2011 THE DAY AFTER which is Sunday 31st July!

So in summary...thats 20k of running, 17k of mountain biking and 1k of kayaking...fun huh?!
