<p>I decided to use my sailing to raise both money and awareness for&nbsp;Toe in the Water&nbsp;after competing against them in one of their very first events in Plymouth in 2008. After seeing the&nbsp;guys being introduced to the sport I love as part of their rehabilitation and getting so much out of it, I felt I had to get involved.
