Hello Everyone,

I with 2 friends Nigel Trotman and Simon Morgan are running in this years Great North Run Half Marathon, that's 13.1 miles.  We would like to raise money to support 2 charities.  The first one is The Transplant Trust who promote the need for more people to join the NHS Donor Organ Register.  The second charity is the British Heart Foundation.  I have chosen these 2 as Simon had the need for a heart tranplant  3 years ago and as a result of that he is keen to promote the real need for more people to join the Donor Organ Register.  Through this Just Giving site all donations will go to The Transplant Trust, if you wish to sponsor me for the British Heart Foundation please contact me direct.  Both ways your support will be appreciated.

Without more people being happy to donate organs lives of all ages are very much at risk.  So lets do it for all those people out there young and old who may one day need a organ donnated.  Remember it may be you or someone close.

I would like to record a Personal Best time of around 1 Hr 45 M, but that depends on the day!!  We shall see.  Anyway please support me with as much as you can.
