Raising money for ABF The Soldiers' Charity

We are ABF The Soldiers' Charity. We give lifetime support to serving and retired soldiers and their families. They risk so much for us, but for them, it's "just doing their job". In return, we give them down-to-earth help and friendship, with no hassle or bureaucracy. That's what we've been here to offer for 66 years.

Thanks for sponsoring me to run the London Marathon on Sunday April 26th. The main aim is to raise as much money as possible for the Army Benevolent Fund which is a fantastic charity (the secondary aim is to try and shift the stone and a half I've put on since leaving the Army which is likely to be significantly harder).

Please give generously, the Army Benevolent Fund does an amazing job of supporting our soldiers in all sorts of ways, from World War Two veterans to veterans of the more recent conlicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Please visit the website at www.armybenfund.org
