Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
On Saturday (22nd Nov) I completed all 127 miles of the Leeds-Liverpool canal, ridding alone. I started at Leeds at around 4:30 am in the dark, with temperatures of -3c and strong winds. I rode for 14 hours and 36 minutes along mainly grass and mud paths, before reaching Liverpool at 7pm, finishing in front of the liver building.
The ride was tougher than I expected with the path in a terrible condition most of the way. Although I pushed on through and made it in the end, somehow.
It was great to have the support from my Mum and Brother in the car who I met up with four times along the route, to replenish supplies and for some motivation. Also a big thank you to Lin and Peter and especially Macphee for being their at the end.
For those that have sponsored me already thank you so much for your support and for those who were waiting to see if I made it get involved now.
This page is for donations to the North west Air Ambulance, a charitably funded organisation that could play a vital role in helping out any of us in a time of need. They are currently raising funds for a second air ambulance, which will greatly increase their capacity. I hope you can support me in my challenge and appreciate the invaluable work of the NW air ambulance by donating.
I am also supporting Yorkshire Cancer research so check out mm other page and make another donation, you know you want to!

Page before completion:
On the 22nd of November I intend to ride all 127 miles of the Leeds-Liverpool canal. I will be starting in Leeds at 4am and finishing in Liverpool (hopefully) around 6-8pm, some 14 hours of hard ridding later. I will be completing the ride on my own, with some support from my loyal mum in the car.
