Over the last few years I have lost just shy of 100lbs - thanks in large to my all time favourite reality tv show The Biggest Loser Australia (why can't Shannan come and train me? please please please) and in that time I have developed a love for running. I have finally pulled my finger out and signed up for my first proper 5k run and am raising money for a charity I love so it's a win win situation :)
