Story

This year I will be dedicating every single run and event I do to the APOPO HeroRats. So far I will be running the Great Manchester Half Marathon on 28th May 2017, and the Great North Run on 10th September 2017, and if I can find one I might wear a rat tail :D

Update: Added the Mizuno Amsterdam Half Marathon to the list!
