I will be attempting to ride a 115 mile course from Wimbledon Common to the sea front inBournemouthin July 2009. The course, which is designed to challenge, will take me on undulating roads through the South of England including through the North Downs over the South Downs and through theNew Forest and ,hopefully, into Bournemouth sea front.

I am raising money for 2 fantastic charities, which are:
