This weekend I will be running the Leeds Half Marathon for the 5th time and I would like to dedicate my running it to my friend Duncan Wilson who sadly passed away earlier this year after contracting testicular cancer.

This Sunday I will be supporting Macmillan Cancer Support and I have set up this page for so people who want to can make a donation.

I have raised money for Macmillan before and Dunc sent me a message late last year telling me how the charity had been a great help to him. The charity provides support to cancer sufferers and their families, I have always known how important it is but even more so now.
