Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

On July 4th I am going to be embarking on a solo 650+ mile hike around the UK, from Reading to Edinbourgh covering places such as Bristol, Cardiff and the black mountains. I plan to complete it in 48 days but have allowed myself two months to do so.

I am doing this to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association which is charity very close to me.  I would very much apreciate it if you could sponsor me, from just £5 or as much as you can spare.

Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that attacks the upper and lower motor neurones.
Degeneration of the motor neurones leads to weakness and wasting of muscles, causing increasing loss of mobility in the limbs, and difficulties with speech, swallowing and breathing.
Often M.N.D. can be fatal.

MND can hit anyone regardless of age, health and fitness.

If you would like to know more about MND please visit What is MND

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: the Motor Neurone Disease Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!

Thank you for your time.

Josh

There is now a daily updated website with photo's and blog's following me on my trip. Please feel free to visit: Best Foot 4wood
