Holly had to have a life saving heart transplant aged only 6 months old. Following her transplant she was treated by the cardiac ward at the Bristol Children's Hospital. She died in September 2008 from a complication related to her transplant at aged only three and half years old.

Holly's little sister Olivia, sadly died shortly afterwards in December 2008 from an infection similar to meningitus that caused septicaemia . She was looked after by the Intensive Care team at the same Hospital. Because of the care and treatment that the girls and their family recieved from the hospital we have set up a 'Holly and Olivia Harding Memorial' fund under the umbrella of Above and Beyond Charities. 

The money raised goes directly to the Bristol Children's Hospital Intensive Care and Cardiac wards providing direct help to other sick children and their families. This is all done in memory of Holly and Olivia Harding who will remain in our hearts and minds forever.  It is some comfort to the people who loved them to know that positive things are happening because of two very special little girls.
