Around the World in a Day is a fun-filled community youth engagement event hosted by Hilton Hotels & Resorts across Europe. The event focuses on helping youth. 

The challenge is to collect as many kilometres as possible in just one day. Run, walk, bike, swim, compete as a team and help us travel the circumference of the Earth – twice! (80,150.32 kilometres). For more information: https://www.hilton-foundation.org.uk/awd.html

As you know Hilton Vilamoura is delighted to join the Around The World in Day initiative, we will host the spin-a-thon on 28 June at our Kids Club. Our goal is to spin 2,500 Km and raise at least 2,500 Euros to donate to Centro de Bem Estar Social Nossa Sª Fátima – Olhão.

Centro de Bem Estar Social Nossa Sª Fátima – Olhão, is a home for children and young women, of a religious nature, which receive children/young women at risk situations (e.g. neglected of basic care, sexual abuse, delinquency, domestic violence, substance abuse, abandonment). It was founded in 1930 and its mission is to protect children and young women whose families did not give them the minimum conditions to grow healthly.
