20th of June. Fathers day!!! is a day you need to remember...

Come along and Help raise as much money as possible for Cystic fibrosis.

10-11 - Boxersise / chick boxing work-out. Run by Jenny (JDKD) & Jo (Chickboxing)

11-12 - Self-defence session, Run By Matt. FCA.

Then classes at 12 - 1 & 2 pm...

For Kiddies to train and fight with their favorite SUPER HERO's...... (Including. Mr & miss's Incredible, Cat women, ben 10, Pepper pig, Doria, & many many more)

Get photos taken and have the great oppitunity to to spar in the ring and try out some skills with them.

There Is going to be Things to do all day.

Prize for Best dressed super kidd.
HKA car wash.
Hair braiding.
Face Painting.
Ballon making.
Magician.
Main sponcor stands.
Marque.
Hot and cold food.
Fun games and events.
Raffel with great prises. (Not a cheap bottle and a teady no no wants.. but free sessions, Tattoo's, clothing etc)

Possibly coach slave auction.

Jelly wrestling for all members and close friends only.........
£5 to enter.. Boys and girls competion. Winner gets a months free training...
(I will only do this if i get over 15 entre) so it upto you guys.....
