Tomorrow's People is a specialist national employment charity which helps long-term unemployed people out of unemployment and welfare dependency and into jobs and self-sufficiency. Since 1984 Tomorrow's People has helped over 400,000 people on their journey back into work, 90% of the people the charity helps find a job are still there after three months and 76% are still working after a year. Tomorrow's People works with hard to reach groups directly in their communities, providing free and confidential support such as confidence and motivation building, job-search support and help with CV writing and interview techniques. Once someone finds a job, Tomorrow's People sticks with them and their employer to ensure that success is permanent. The impact of getting back to work literally transforms lives. When people who haven't been able to work find a job, it puts them and their families on a secure financial footing and enables them to move forward with their lives.

My story

To mark the departure date of 'Operation Sandstorm' on 8th September, when Rod Jackson, Lee Davies and Craig Williams will set off on their arduous motorbike ride across the Sahara Desert to Africa to raise money for Tomorrow’s People, we are delighted to re-launch our brilliant holiday competition.

For just £10 you will be entered into a prize draw where you can win one full week of extra holiday! That’s right – you could be enjoying an extra 5 days holiday next year and your £10 will be helping to raise money for Tomorrow’s People at the same time!

To enter, simply click on the “donate now” button above to be in with a chance on winning.

Then enter your full name, the amount of your entry fee and your branch name in the comments box. i.e. Joe Bloggs £10 Randstad Birmingham

There are no limits to how many times you can enter – so you can pledge £20 and double your chance of winning this fabulous prize!

All entries must be pledged by midnight on 7th September as the draw will take place immediately before Rod, Craig and Lee set off from Luton on the 8th September.
