I'm part of a group at Barclaycard who are doing a short cycle ride (over 3,000 miles in 7 weeks) from San Diego to St Augustine in Florida. The route will be a little hilly (8,000 feet at the highest) and a touch warm (90 degrees). All this makes for an amazing challenge, and one I won't forget easily (if not only for the blisters) !

I'm supporting the Alzheimers Society, for personal reasons. Please help me to support them by sponsoring me, they do brilliant work in research and help for sufferers and carers of the disease.
