My story
I have joined the ranks of the insane and signed up to run the London Marathon this year to raise money for Shelter.
I am slightly concerned that my love of running may be destroyed forever by this - and so the thought of the sponsorship and fundraising will be what keeps me goign through cold winter months of training!
I will likely be posting the odd blog at www.marylebonephysio.com/blog if you want to have a laugh at my expense.
Any spare change or sponsorship will help to spur me on and is much needed to help make a difference to the lives of those affected by homelessness or housing issues. You can find out more about where your money is going by visiting Shelter's website - http://england.shelter.org.uk/
