<p>I have joined the ranks of the insane and signed up to run the London Marathon this year to raise money for Shelter.&nbsp;</p> <p>I am slightly concerned that my love of running may be destroyed forever by this - and so the thought of the sponsorship and fundraising will be what keeps me goign through cold winter months of training!</p> <p>I will likely be posting the odd blog at www.marylebonephysio.com/blog if you want to have a laugh at my expense.</p> <p>Any spare change or sponsorship will help to spur me on and is much needed to help make a difference to the lives of those affected by homelessness or housing issues.
