THANK YOU so much for visiting my fundraising page. I have chosen to run the Flora London Marathon 2009 to raise funds for this fantastic charity which provides free veterinary treatment to the sick and injured pets of people in need.

I chose this charity because I work in the Portsmouth PDSA Hospital and I am faced with the animals that need help every day. I appreciate the huge cost and hard work that is required to maintain the service and I am so personally grateful to the people who give such generous donations. Some of our patients are in a desperate way and this charity really does make a difference to their lives.

I want to do my bit in return and I need your help! Think of me, out there, slogging through the rain and cold this winter on a training regime implemented by my punishing boyfriend Steve - yikes! As you all know, I do like my creature comforts so this is a big and scary undertaking!

So its time to dig deep and help me raise the whopping £1500 required! If I can reach my target I am sure it will spur me on to the finishing line when my knees won't.
