We are riding from Holyhead to Cardiff in two days over the weekend of 29th/30th September.  The route is over 200 miles and we intend to arrive in Cardiff on the evening of Sunday 30th September - if you would like to greet our arrival in Cardiff Bay please do so - get in touch for more information.

UPDATE:  We have completed all 216miles of our ride from North to south.  The First day was hard going but we managed to complete a mamouth 130miles to take us from Holyhead to Rhayader.  On day two we were both pretty sore but facing 86 miles to home.  Once over the beacons we flew along into Cardiff - arriving at 17:55 on Sunday 30th.  We completed the 216 miles in 14hrs 55mins, with an average speed of 14.7 mph.
