Story
Alan Lloyd lost his battle against cancer in 2007 on his 65th Birthday. A much loved father, husband, and friend to so many people he would truly marvel at the efforts of those who took part in the first bike ride in his honour last year. The 95-mile route from Brentford to Cirencester is symbolic as Alan was a lifelong supporter of Brentford FC and was the Groundskeeper at Cirencester FC when he died. This years ride will take place on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th April.
£16,000 was raised in total last year and the aim is to achieve even more than that this time around. We are extremely grateful to all of you who are taking part in the ride and equally to those who are kind enough to sponsor this fantastic event in aid of such a worthy cause.
Our thanks to you all...
Stuart and Alan Lloyd, Vicky Burns and Andy James.
