The Capital 2 Coast Cycle Challenge for Charity on 25th June is a scenic charity cycle ride which benefits two partner charities undertaking crucial work with children and adults – Norwood - see website www.capitaltocoast.org.uk for further details.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 28th June, my trusty bike and I are going to challenge ourselves to a 70 mile ride for charity, 10 miles to Esher then 60 to Hove.

It’s going to be tough, my team mate is an very fit athlete who cycles very quickly.  There will be hills to pedal up and up, but it will be worth it once I get to the top and get my breath back!

So when I climb gingerly off the bike at Hove, it will be in the tired, happy knowledge that I’ll have done something great for charity and I will grab a beer by the beach at Hove and rest my weary legs!

I will be doing the hard bit - can you do your bit, too?

Rummage down the back of the sofa, dust off the wallet – and find a few pounds (or lots!) to sponsor me

You can:

1.       Visit my Justgiving page, the page you are on. Unfortunately JustGiving have just revamped their website and it does not work properly at the moment but I am keeping my fingers crossed that today they will fix it.

2.      Just drop off some cash or cheque with me and I will add it to the sponsorship total.

Thanks for helping me to help others – I’ll let you know how I get on!

All the best

Ralph
