Hi and thanks for visiting my fund raising page. On June 10 along with 14 colleagues (and 2 support drivers) I will be doing a sponsored charity ride "Le Mans Aide" in aid of Julias House and the Lewis- Manning hospices (the first supports children with life threatening illnesses and the second 600 locals per year with terminal illness). We will be cycling 210 miles over 3 days ending up at the Le Mans 24 hour race. Following this on July 20 Richard Brewer and I will be doing a stage of the Tour de France (L'Etape du Tour 09) between Montelimar and Mount Ventoux. It is 120 miles (172 km) long with plenty of undulating roads and finishes at the top of Mount Ventoux some 1,900 metres above sea level - ouch!!!
