Kilimanjaro Challenge - Dr Hadwen Trust

There cannot be many more exhilarating or exciting experiences of a lifetime than to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, but that is exactly what I intend to do for the Dr Hadwen Trust for Humane Research. My 10 day challenge starts on 18th September and will see me climbing 19,340 feet to reach the summit, Uhuru Peak, meaning 'Freedom' in English.  

I am proud to be raising money for the Dr Hadwen Trust's non-animal medical research, as it will not only help put an end to the suffering endured by laboratory animals but it will also accelerate research to benefit human health. This vital research relies entirely on voluntary donations from supporters motivated by compassion for both people and animals.
