Story
3.21.49. Or So my official timing chip recorded me!
Just to say a massive THANK YOU for your kind donations for the Prostate Cancer Charity. Knowing most of you as I do, I reckon I had the easier task completing marathon than some of you will have had getting those short arms into your long pockets ;-)
So, did I enjoy the race? - Yes, you cannot fail to be moved and encouraged by the staggering amount of support around the course.
Would I encourage others to have a go? - most certainly, it's a fabulous 'event' in all ways, but don't dress up in a six ft sq box and try and get on the train at London Bridge with 35,000 other people!
And would I do it again? No, for me there is far too much faffing around both before and after the event....point me to the hills where I don't have to out-sprint Danger Mouse to keep some credibility!!!

Once again thank you
