Having successfully completed a trek to Base Camp Everest (5,500m) in 2004, I am now embarking on my first Norwood bike ride to Rajasthan in northern India. It has, for many years, been a desire of mine to travel to India and to do it in this way will be an even more incredible and rewarding experience.

With temperatures in excess of 30 degrees, high humity levels and 500kms in 5.5 days, it's much more than just a ride in the park. Not to mention a complete lack of meat for 10 days - this alone deserves the sponsorship!

The ride takes us from Agra to Bharatpur to Bashawar to Bhandarej to Tahela to Doela and finally to Lal Mahal.

All costs and expenses of the trip have been covered, all money raised on this page will go directly to Norwood.

I am looking for your encouragement as well any pennies you can spare for this great cause. I will keep you up to date on my progress and look forward to sharing my experiences.
