A big jazz piano fan, it has long been a pipe-dream to record my humble but best efforts at the keyboard on to CD. This is shortly to become a reality and, together with professionals drummer Al Merritt and bassist Alan Simmons I am going into the studio this month to record a playlist of standards plus one or two compositions of my own.
I am financing all the costs of this CD myself. Hence every penny I can raise in tandem with this project for Macmillan Cancer Support will go to them. They need all the funds they can get - and this is where you come in!
£500.00 is a modest target. I would love to raise more. So please give generously if you can. I will be truly grateful but, more importantly, so will Macmillan Cancer Support and the cancer sufferers in their care.
