Centrepoint Sleep Out 2009 · 12 November 2009 ·

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

On 12th November, we are participating in Centrepoint's "Sleep Out" - a group sleep out in Spitalfields Market, aimed at highlighting the issue of homelessness and, of course, raising money.  The homeless are among the most marginalised in our society and the event is about acknowledging this and showing solidarity with them, rather than recreating homelessness.

Centrepoint is a charity focussed on helping homeless young people get off the streets and then make the transition to independent living. It does a difficult job really well, so please sponsor us!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
