This is my first ever Great North Run. In preparation I will have been training for approx. 16 weeks and within that time I hope to have run nearly 300 miles in training for the run just to be ready in time.

Please give generously as it is all going to a great cause. Many people have their lives affected through one way or another through cancer. Charities such as Yorkshire Cancer Research need your money to provide adequate research facilities so that cancer may one day be a thing of the past. Thanks
