This is the third time of asking for me and the Great South, and just after my 70th birthday. So it may be the last (as I said the first time...) Last year I was back marker for much of the time - so this year I'm going to sneak in among the elite runners.  But still not wearing shorts, you'll be pleased to hear.

Once again it's in a great cause: CAFOD - something that everyone in the UK can be proud of.

And like last year the small CAFOD team will be in my back pack: Caffy and Maurice the bears, and Beaky the blackbird.  They'd like you to give yourself a pat on the back, please.
