Story
I have joined a team cycling to Paris from London in 24 hours, in order to raise money for Action against Hunger, a charity that helps impoverished communities across the third world with solutions to provide sustainable food and water resources, together with sanitation and advice on nutritional health. The charity helps some six million people across 40 countries and has been active for the last 30 years.
This is a cause well worth supporting, and provides, from Alice's and my perspective, some reciprocation to the kindness shown by a village of incredibly poor and hungry African villagers who helped us recently on honeymoon when we got our landrover stuck in a river and were stranded for three days. NCM, my business, which actively seeks to invest in food and water related assets in the UK, has also chosen the charity as one of those it intends to support in 2012.
I would be most grateful for any support.
Thank you
Hugo
