On the 16 October 2008 I will be leaving the UK to cycle 470 km across Vietnam in aid of Scope the charity which helps children and adults with cerebral palsy. 

This is following my recent gruelling cycling successes in Cambodia and Mexico where as a group we managed to raise in excess of £200,000 through your generosity.

Any sponsorship from £1 upwards would be most welcome. I have already started the ball rolling with £500.
