Story

I hope to cycle from the foot of the Eiffel Tower to the foot of Nelson's Column in the space of 24 hours. (I will, of course, dismount to cross the Channel, from Dieppe to Newhaven.) I'm not sure that I will attempt this feat on June 2/3, but I will do it soon. It's a distance of about 170 miles, if you were wondering (or even if you weren't, actually). I have done it once before, last year, but that was really by accident and it's always easier to do something by accident, not least because you don't know how much it is going to hurt. So, the Big Question is: Can I do it again? I can tell you that being sponsored to complete the distance will be a huge incentive.
