On 7th Feb I am attempting to break the world record for rowing 100k on a concept 2 rowing machine. The pace I will be attempting, for those who row, will be to hold 1.56/500m for over 6 and a half hours, without break.  In the 2 months leading up to the attempt, I will have rowed over 1 million metres in training.

Having already raised money for a worthy local cause, this one is now a world focus and I would like to contribute to the thousands of people worldwide who are raising money for the crisis.
