I've never sailed... but after 5 weeks of training, on Christmas Eve I join Leg 5 of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, sailing 7400miles from Australia to China - acting as a fully fledged crew member on the "Welcome to Yorkshire" yacht.

I hate sinking! Openness about anxiety and depression helps sufferers keep afloat.
