The Town and Gown is a fantastic event that unites Oxford, and raises a lot of money to help individuals and families cope with a variety of devastating neuromuscular conditions.

I did it in 40:43 last year, and there's no way I'm repeating such a performance this year! My target is to break 50 minutes by as much as I can. Can anyone pledge £1 for every minute under 50 minutes I go? Maybe £10 for every minute under 45 minutes?
