Hi, Please can you take pity on an old man trying to get fit enough to get  into the boxing ring for a great cause in Alder Hey Children's Hospital, have a bet, i will be taking sponsorship (funding) on the soles of my boots, how many punches i take, if i have a black eyes, busted nose, or knocked out (gulp)!!
