Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is my first ever running race and although I've been jogging for months, a couple of injuries along the way have made training a nightmare! I am still aiming for a great time, although I think completing it will my main target this year!!

The ultra competitive, friendly neighbourhood Gareth Griffiths is also participating and I am sure he will do better than me, and will never let me forget it. But if he asks, I'm letting him win!

If you can spare a couple of quid for this good cause, it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks to everyone who sponsored us. Ian did the run in 1hr 43mins. Gareth managed 1hr 28mins.
