<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>After watching my son, Liam run in the 2011 London Marathon and help raise lots of money for Tommy's charity and then enter the 2011 Great South Run at Portsmouth&nbsp;I have been persuaded to enter the Great South Run as well. He is 29 and I am 57 so I need all the help to get me through the ten miles and perform as best I can so I will not be too far behind him.</p> <p>I thought it would be a good incentive to run in memory of my Dad and help raise money for Motor Neurone disease. Sadly my Dad suffered from MND and passed away a few years ago. The MND Association is such a worthwhile charity which provides essential support for sufferers and their families. Having personally experienced the effect MND&nbsp;has on families I will be training hard for the 10 mile event and I am hoping to raise as much money as possible to benefit the MND Association.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving &ndash; they&rsquo;ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they&rsquo;ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
