I have joined 5 trusty cyclists of the Cavalry Club to take on a 250+ mile cycling challenge in 2.5 days - we will be riding from Richmond RFC in London back to Wharfedale RFC in the Yorkshire Dales. Leaving Richmond on the 25th April aiming to get back in time for KO on Saturday 27th April and then cheering on the first team as we battle for vital points, advising 'Sir' and then re-hydrating .
