Had a great cycle ride this morning in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. The ride along the Fosse Roman road was called the "Malmesbury lung buster"!

As some of you may be aware, when I reached a memorable age a few years back, I did a charity bike ride in Rajasthan, India and raised £5769 for the NSPCC.

Well I have decided to do it again!! This time my bike ride takes me through three Central American countries (Panama, Costa Rica & Nicaragua) from Panama City to Managua in Nicaragua. I will tackle 450 hot, humid kilometers over six days – a tough undertaking, but what an experience while hopefully raising some money for a great cause, Concern Worldwide.
