On July 24th 2010 I will be walking the entire length of Hadrian's Wall from Bowness on Solway to Segedunum in Wallsend in aid of HELP FOR HEROES, completing the entire 84 mile journey within 24 hours.

HELP FOR HEROES is a support charity for wounded service men and women returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, ordinary people doing an extra ordinary task and in many cases having to live the rest of their lives with the consequences of their sacrifice. This is for the real warriors, the real heroes. The men and women who give more than anybody ever asks and ask little in return. Please give generously and help me to help them.
