As some of you know, Nick and I are to embark on an epic adventure where we will be cycling the UK from the very bottom (Land's End) to the very top (John O'Groats) covering a distance of nearly 1000 miles, which we're aiming to accomplish in just under 2 weeks (fingers crossed)! Our goal is to raise over £2000 for the British Lung Foundation, and to do this, we're asking you guys to donate and help us out. Nothing too heroic, just a small donation of £5, £10, £15 or £20 or maybe even a bit more if you're feeling extra generous today!  Another way you could think about it is to sponsor us per mile...that means a sponsorship of just 1p per mile will raise £10! Who fancies 10p per mile?! ;-)

Either way, we're saying thanks to anyone and everyone who makes a contribution, its all going to a great cause!
