Lucy-Mary, Arthur, Dolly, Emma and I are taking part in the Enfield Big Bike Ride in aid of a local charity in Enfield called the Nightingale Community Hospice Trust.

It’s about a 14km ride around the streets of Enfield which will be quite a challenge for Lucy-Mary and Arthur.  Dolly gets a free ride on the back of my bike!  Details of the route can be found below and further details can be found here.
