I will be taking part in the Castle 100 bike ride.  The ride is 100 miles visiting some of the historic castles in kent.  It is a one day event which I will be completing with several friends.

Taking part in this event is a way for me to show my thanks for the support they have given my family recently and so I would be grateful for any donations towards my participation in the Bike ride for the Harris Hospice Care.
