Whoop whoop - thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As you can see I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 14th October 2012 in support of George Thomas Hospice Care - a great charity that is the major provider of free consultant-led community specialist palliative care to those facing cancer and other life threatening illnesses in Cardiff.  They exist to help those suffering from cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, their families and carers at a most difficult and stressful period in their lives.
This is my second half marathon and my objective is to complete it within 1 hour 40 minutes. So please dig deep and give us a whoop whoop to meet the team target.  Thanks for visiting.
