Hi there everyone!

I've decided this year to raise money for The British Heart Foundation in memory of my uncle, Ian Frame. I'll be supporting the BHF through all the events I'm going to be taking part all year long and I'm adding more all the time!

I'm keeping a blog running to keep let everyone know how all the various events have been going and how the fundraising is going as well. Check out the Challenge blog!

Thanks loads for taking the time to make a donation to the BHF as part of the Ian Frame challenge, it really does mean loads to me. You can use the JustGiving site to make a general donation to the BHF or if you would prefer to make a donation into the Gift of Hope Fund that has been setup in Ians name with the BHF you need to go to his Gift of Hope page on the BHF website.
