Hey everyone!

Once again I'm raising money this year in support of the British Heart Foundation and the work that they do in trying to beat heart disease in the UK. I'm doing this in memory of my Uncle, Ian Frame, who died suddenly from a heart attack in 2005.

Over the course of the year I've got a lot of running and cycling events as well as duathlons planned. The toughest event will by far be the Isle of Man marathon which I'm taking part in in August, time to get training in earnest again!
