On Sunday 31st May 2009, I took part in my first marathon over the streets of Edinburgh and East Lothian.  I eventually struggled over the Finish line in a time of 4hrs 38mins, a bit dehydrated, a bit sunburned and a bit sore but not put off any by the experience.  I may even try better my time next year!   

In memory of my Dad, I was running in aid of Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland.
